We're on your roof within 48 hours most weeks. We photograph every bruise, dented vent and gutter ding, and send you the report.

You file. We meet the adjuster.
If there's real damage, you open a claim. We walk the roof with your adjuster and show them exactly what we found.

Approved? We rebuild.
You pay your deductible, insurance covers the approved work, and we build it. If the adjuster missed something we found, we send the insurer our photos and an itemized estimate.

Ice dams
Steam them now. Stop them for good.
Heat leaks into the attic, snow melts on the warm part of the roof and freezes again at the cold edge. The ice backs water up under the shingles and into your ceiling.
Low-pressure steam
We melt the dam off without hatchets or salt pucks, so the shingles survive it.
Fix the cause
Air sealing, attic ventilation and ice and water shield, so next February is quiet.
